Vance was born and raised in Chesapeake, VA. He's the youngest of 5 and enjoys doing photography and spending time with his family or going to local concerts with his friends. Vance is very passionate about customer service and is excited to make Era your home.

Senior Property Manager

Steven has been with Pembroke Realty Group for 3 years and has been in Property Management for 5 years. What he enjoys most about his job is being able to help residents and making communities where everyone is proud of living. Steven loves trying new restaurants, hanging out with friends and family, and traveling. Steven has been to Hawaii and Puerto Rico multiple times and his dream is to visit Europe. Favorite dish is macaroni cheese.

Sr Regional Property Manager Shonna has been in Property Management for 23 years. She loves providing excellent service. She can often be found walking the communities checking on everything and talking with residents. On her time off, Shonna loves reading, traveling, cooking, and spending time with family.
